Established in 1974, North Yorkshire County Council is one of 27 county councils in England. It is responsible for providing a wide range of public services to around 600,000 people including education, social care, transport, waste management, street lighting and minerals and waste planning. 

From deployment of automated workflows for HR processes North Yorkshire County Council benefited with:
