The K2 based Inspections Solution is the centralized system handling business inspections nationwide providing a common policy framework to achieve fewer but more relevant inspections and improve transparency, whilst empowering businesses to operate, plan and execute operations more effectively.
The solution empowers inspectorates to efficiently generate assessments and inspections forms. Inspectors conduct risk-based inspections live from multiple locations through mobile devices. The solution enables advanced inspection data and risk analysis based on pre-configured business rules on K2 and integrated with Microsoft Azure and Data Services.
Automating case management processes was a critical step forward for the Active Ageing Community Care department in Malta. AACCD offers various services across 23 units within the department. Service requests are created on the case management system and they are managed using K2 throughout the lifecycle of the process for the specific service.
This enables public service employees to monitor the progress of each service request, whilst ensuring that tasks are automatically generated and assigned to the respective team.
