Companies are increasingly looking to AI and specifically machine learning (ML) as a way to improve their businesses. While some of these applications may be in the early development phase, companies must be prepared to successfully implement AI and ML in the future to take full advantage of the power of these technologies.

In this session, we will go beyond the “art of possibility” and show tactical examples of how organizations can start applying AI in incremental ways within their applications. See how augmenting data capture to automated decision making are taking process automation to the next level and transforming how we design and interact with processes based applications.

Join our guest Rob Koplowitz, VP Principal Analyst from Forrester Research and Brandon Brown, VP Global Technical Field at K2 to learn:

  • What the major business benefits of using BPA, AI, and ML are
  • When to use these technologies for internal and customer-facing processes
  • How the future of voice will transform UX and enable automation
  • How to technologically apply AI while building processes through a live demo

We’ll also be joined by Eric Eichler, Director of Consulting Services from 5th Method, who will provide insights on how their oil and gas customer is leveraging BPA and AI to identify and manage risk for pipeline assets, automate the risk mitigation process, and improve decision support for field service teams.

Walk away from this webinar with a practical understanding of how AI and BPA can help you increase productivity, improve decision-making processes, and find new ways to serve your internal and external customers. Register to join us for the webinar today - you won’t want to miss it!
