K2 for CRM solution at WPC 2010

REDMOND, Washington — K2 will preview its upcoming CRM solution at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference, July 11-15 in Washington, D.C.

The K2 for CRM solution features K2’s easy-to-use Web designer embedded within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so users can build workflows and process-driven applications on top of their customer sales, service and marketing information investments.

These workflows are fully integrated into the CRM system and can be kicked off manually or based on events. K2-based solutions can span line-of business systems, as well, so your applications can “reach outside” of CRM — to add or edit list items in SharePoint, for example.

“This solution simplifies the way organizations can interact with their customer information,” said Olaf Wagner, K2’s senior vice president for product management. “K2 for CRM allows you to automate processes and increase efficiency based on the information you already have in an environment you are already using.
