Job Description:

Providing on-site assistance to customers and partners with delivery of projects through developing, testing and deploying business applications utilizing the K2 Software design tools.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Configure and develop custom solutions using .NET and SharePoint technologies that allow K2 to meet the customer’s project requirements.
  • Produce regular and detailed progress reports to management.
  • Produce documentation of business process management technology implementations.
  • Create, maintain and process pertinent engagement-related communications and records.
  • Deliver K2 product enablement for customer resources.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computers Science or related field.
  • SharePoint and .NET development skills (including ASP.NET, SQL Server) and an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complex problems and a willingness to take on new product features.
  • A fast learner with a keen eye for complex systems and models.
  • An independent self-starter that is self-motivated and dedicated to success.
  • The ability to understand the flow of data through multiple systems.
  • Strong communications skills and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to change direction and focus based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for technology and customer service.
  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Understanding of process and data modelling.
  • User interface design.
  • Knowledge of integration using web services and proprietary interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Knowledge in Business Process Management, BPMN an advantage.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methods an advantage.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
