Due to continued growth, K2 is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team! We’re looking for someone who loves to win and who has strong communication skills. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new opportunities for their Account Executive counterparts. The SDR manages the outbound campaigns for their sales region, qualifying active buying interest, and identifying critical decision makers. The SDR will need to be able to articulate the K2 value proposition.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Making outbound calls
- Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
- Supporting K2’s marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns
- Managing prospects within Salesforce.com and Outreach
- Achieving/exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
- Being prepared for and contributing to strategic weekly regional meetings
