K2 (www.k2.com) is a software company, headquartered in Bellevue, WA and with offices around the world. Due to continued growth, K2 is looking for a seasoned Sales Development Manager to join our team. The position is based out of our Headquarter office in Bellevue, WA.
We’re looking for someone who loves to win and who possesses strong business and communication skills. The Sales Development Manager will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a key role in building, motivating and managing the day-to-day operations of the Account Development and Sales Development teams, focused on pipeline generation for K2’s North America sales team. This person’s responsibilities will include goal setting, planning, forecasting and achieving team quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
