Recruiting Manager

K2 is looking for an entrepreneurial talent magnet to join our small and resourceful HR team. The Recruiting Manager will work to build and develop our internal recruiting function from the ground up, including full cycle end-to-end recruiting, helping to build K2's employer brand, and developing recruiting tools, processes, and metrics that provide a high level of support to hiring managers and candidates alike.  The successful candidate will be a seasoned recruiter who is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in their day-to-day work.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Own and drive all phases of recruiting for open roles in North America, from sourcing candidates through offers, providing interview feedback, and processing background checks
  • Build K2's employer brand, including developing targeted external recruitment messaging and coordinating with Marketing and HR teams on candidate-focused content on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Partner with and train/coach hiring managers on how to implement recruiting and interview processes that include internal and external candidates, hire the right talent and cultural fit, and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Develop recruiting tools, data, and metrics to provide efficient support to the business using K2 to automate wherever possible
  • Advise on resourceful approaches for creating candidate pipeline, including capitalizing on employee referral programs
  • Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities, including those with a focus on industry, sales, technical skills, and diversity
  • Collaborate across HR, Finance, and business groups to ensure alignment on headcount, budget, and open positions
  • Work with country HR leads on overseeing recruitment data, processes, and vendor relationships in UK, Singapore, and South Africa offices
  • Contribute to and/or manage special HR projects


What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of full cycle end-to-end recruiting with extensive experience in sales, consulting, and technical roles
  • A natural collaborator who is passionate about recruiting and networking
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and relationship management skills with both internal and external customers and candidates
  • Experience solving complex business problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor, with high potential for providing leadership in the future
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to take initiative in a growing technology company with limited resources
  • Responsive, excellent follow-through, and detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic about technology, metrics, data, and process automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • B2B enterprise software and SAAS industry experience a plus
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
