Marketing Operations Coordinator

As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be a valued-member of the K2 Global Demand Generation team, assisting with the growth of our marketing operations, and helping with operational documentation. Primary responsibilities for this role will include working within K2’s marketing automation instance, assisting campaign execution and measuring of lead scoring, be co-database administration, work on cleansing efforts, as well as co-own of all marketing KPI analytics and reporting dashboards.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:

  • Own list uploads (including ensuring all leads reach a targeted CRM campaign)
  • Assist with archiving and migration projects;
  • Own portions of building team and business process, building, and reporting documentation;
  • Administer K2's marketing automation tool; Eloqua
  • Assisting with marketing operations initiatives to include implementation of new marketing automation tool among others
  • Front-line system troubleshooting; escalating issues as necessary
  • Create marketing and process templates for business use.
  • Some project management responsibilities, including requirements gathering, campaign change requests and churn tracking and quality assurance.
  • Reporting, including KPI scorecard, regional performance and campaign performance
  • Other duties as assigned



What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Ability to create an email from scratch using HTML
  • Experience creating the following assets:  Nurture stream; Basic Email; Landing pages; Videos; Webinars; A/B Testing
  • Ability to use logic to segment lists
  • Email Marketing experience
  • Marketing Automation experience
  • Experience running end-to-end dynamic campaigns/programs;
  • Experienced using Google analytics or another reporting tool;
  • Excellent active listening skills, ability to follow directions and learn quickly
  • Collaborative, this individual will work with all levels of the business including our executive team
  • Organized and detail-oriented


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years running campaigns/programs out of Marketo or Eloqua
  • 2+ years of data management and data mining
  • 2+ years of lead generation and/or demand generation
  • 2+ years of experience building HTML emails
  • 2+ years of project management or campaign management
  • Marketo Certified Expert or Certified Eloqua Specialist
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related field; or equivalent experience
