Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

As Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, you will be a key-member of the K2 Global Demand Generation team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by enabling operational rigor and conducting data analyses on marketing funnel and program performance to help drive strategic decisions. Primary responsibilities for this role will include optimizing our operational processes and marketing systems integrations, managing the execution and measuring of lead scoring, effective and ongoing database administration and cleansing, as well as ownership of all marketing KPI analytics and reporting dashboards.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Act as Eloqua platform owner, subject matter expert and overall marketing operations best practice leader. 
  • Maintain and optimize lead scoring program/model based on conversion rate targets and sales feedback.
  • Work to troubleshoot, enhance and optimize our lead management process and automation in Salesforce and Eloqua, ensuring timely distribution of leads to the sales team.
  • Own KPI analytics, reporting and dashboards for the K2 Global Marketing team.
  • Maintain database health, including data acquisition, cleanliness and completeness within Eloqua, Salesforce and other third-party data providers.
  • Drive testing and strategies for multi-step nurture programs within Eloqua. 
  • Assist with the building and execution of ongoing marketing campaigns through Eloqua--activities include, but are not limited to, campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, lead scoring, complex program builds, etc. 
  • Create templates, workflows or how-to process documents for the marketing team to follow or use to decrease errors and omissions and keep the database cleaner.


What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Deep technical knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, and campaign execution as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes
  • Minimum of 5-7 years total of experience with Eloqua with at least 3-4 years in an advanced/admin capacity. Eloqua B2B Master Accreditation or Eloqua B2B Luminary Accreditation preferred
  • Technical competency of Salesforce required, admin level skills a plus
  • Experience integrating Eloqua with other technologies like Salesforce, webinar platforms, Vidyard, etc.
  • Experience with reporting and using data analysis to make effective decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree, marketing emphasis preferred 
  • HTML proficiency a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check 
  • Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization
