Marketing Campaigns Manager, Global

Duties

K2 is a seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager responsible for planning, executing and measuring creative digital marketing campaigns that drive demand to generate sales-qualified opportunities and accelerate pipeline. This role is a critical member of K2’s Global Demand generation team and requires someone with a solid mix of creativity, deep campaign expertise and the ability to be highly collaborative while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Design, build, measure and optimize lead generation and nurture programs that support our marketing funnel targets. 
  • Create the components of, execute and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns within Eloqua, working closely with Marketing Operations on all QA and testing.
  • Continually look to identify and implement new and creative ways to enhance the performance of our email campaigns and trigger-based nurture streams through innovative design, interactive elements, personalization and video. Implement A/B testing where and when appropriate.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to drive relevant content and messaging within campaigns.
  • Track and manage lead flow and process associated with global campaigns, including lead scoring methodology and lead nurture programs. 
  • Work with sales development and global field marketing teams on campaign training and lead follow-up.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of our campaign efforts. 

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B demand generation capacity, planning and executing campaigns. SaaS business experience is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of executing marketing programs that drive revenue and accelerate pipeline .
  • Expert skills in utilizing marketing technologies, including Eloqua, Salesforce, webinar platforms (On24, GoToMeeting) and landing page programs (like Ion Interactive).
Additional qualifications:
  • Result driven, strong attention to detail, organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong team player with high energy and positive “can do” attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.  
  • Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization.
