Inside Sales Hunter

K2 ( is a software company, headquartered in Bellevue, WA and with offices around the world.  Due to continued growth, K2 is looking to build out the Inside Sales Team. We’re looking for people who love to win and who possess strong business and communication skills.

The Inside Sales Hunter will report to the Director of Inside Sales and they will be responsible for the sale of K2 to new customers in a defined territory to achieve an annual sales target.  The accounts assigned to the Inside Sales Hunter are primarily accounts with company size of <2500 employees.  The ISH will be required to provide accurate forecasting to management and be required to have updated account and opportunity information in  This position is a phone based inside sales role.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Drive to meet or exceed the quarterly and annual sales target for new business in accounts <2500 employees
  • Work with the Inside Sales Director to develop an annual plan to maximize sales to accounts in the assigned territory
  • Create high-level awareness for K2 and the company’s solutions with all accounts within in the territory
  • Execute email and phone campaigns using Outreach to identify qualified prospects in the territory
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in as many accounts in the territory as possible
  • Leverage all client interactions to probe and identify customer challenges and business needs that K2 can address
  • Make effective use of marketing and sales tools to move the sales process from awareness to interest to closed business
  • Drive to meet or exceed the annual sales target
  • Become an expert on K2 products and solutions
  • Deliver effective and compelling presentations and demonstrations of K2’ solutions
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of the market and competitive environment overall and of the assigned territory in particular
  • Other related duties as assigned


What you’ll bring to the table:
  • A BA/BS degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience required
  • Previous experience selling technology and/or cloud based solutions preferred
  • Strong experience MS Office and CRM tools desired.
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Confident demeanor and demonstrated experience with calling on and meeting with high level individuals.
  • Comfortable communicating and negotiating with organization decision makers. 
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator; works well in a team environment. 
  • Extremely organized and high level of initiative.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals in a fast-paced environment Open to receiving and acting on feedback in an effort to improve results
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization
