Front Office Coordinator (Temporary/Part Time)

K2 is looking for a dynamic Temporary Front Office Coordinator to provide general office support for 2-3 days a week with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, assisting on various projects, requisition of supplies and additional clerical duties.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Act as the company’s first point of contact, professionally greeting our customers, vendors and other visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Take and retrieve messages for employees
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Manage, maintain and stock office supply inventory, including employee beverages and snacks
  • Maintain the attractive, neat appearance of reception and common areas including the kitchen, conference rooms, copy and print rooms
  • Assist with providing general administrative support
  • Assist with planning and catering needs for events
  • Assist the Finance team with ongoing filing and upkeep of vendor files, general ledgers, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to Executive Administrator and assist with projects, as needed; social events, meeting coordination, travel details etc.
