Field and Channel Marketing Manager

Region: Asia Pacific
Location: Singapore


As a regional Field and Channel Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and measuring innovative field and channel-centric demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue.  You work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization—sales, channel, corporate marketing, product marketing, and enablement—to implement regional field marketing plans that deliver tangible and measurable value and growth for K2’s regional sales team. 


What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:
  • Design, manage, and implement multi-touch marketing campaigns—email, events, webinars, social media, etc.—that support regional demand generation, pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Drive the regional marketing strategy for optimizing target accounts based on market data
  • Build reports and track metrics associated with marketing campaign effectiveness and ensure leads are efficiently transitioned into the sales pipeline 
  • Communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing, sales and executive leadership
  • Support sales enablement efforts in conjunction with sales operations 
  • Act as liaison between marketing and the field on program feedback and enhancements 
  • Troubleshoot and analyze day-to-day data and lead flow processes associated with the marketing automation system (Eloqua or other) and
  • Achievement of annual pipeline and revenue contribution targets
  • ROI targets by program
  • Supporting best in class demand gen waterfall conversion metrics


What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Successful track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs
  • Proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B hi-tech company for 5+ years.
  • Experience with account-based marketing programs a plus
  • Extensive experience working with CRM tools (such as, marketing automation tools (such as Eloqua), social media platforms, and content marketing solutions (like ION interactive)
  • Basic HTML and graphic design experience 
  • Functional experience with the Microsoft Office suite
