The Account Development Representative (ADR) will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a key role at K2 in the demand generation business, qualifying leads and creating qualified sales opportunities for the sale of K2 products and services. The ADR is the first voice a potential customer hears. The ADR engages leads and contacts, communicates K2’s value proposition and generates sales opportunities following various nurture campaigns and engagements. ADR’s leverage all available sales and marketing tools, events, programs and more, to identify and qualify potential prospects for the sales team. They will engage key contacts over the phone, video, email and social media to qualify them for the next steps in the engagement.
