It's always so important to us when we hear from K2 customers on how they've been able to use our software to empower their organization. We've featured some case studies here on the blog before, but want to elevate two customers who have recently taken the time to tell us their K2 story, Israeli Court and Leicester College. A huge thanks to our UK team for bringing these stories to life.
Israeli Court: Using a case management system comprising of over 150 workflows, Israeli Court has completely eliminated the need for courts to handle and file paper-based reports, forms and correspondence.
“Everything that is done inside is reflected automatically to the outside world,” Yardeni said. “Lawyers can see what stage their case is in and what will happen next. That information wasn’t available to them previously.”
Leicester College: A further education college with 26,900 learners and 1,500 staff members, Leicester College used K2 to save over 550 staff hours per year over three processes.
“With very few resources and only three K2 workflows, we have saved a tremendous amount of staff time,” Urquhart said. “This is just the beginning for us; we are already making plans to develop a dozen more K2 processes and expect considerable time savings in the future. We see a great deal of potential for K2 within our own organization and within the FE sector in general.”
