Keoghs: When looking for a replacement solution for their Windows client-based legal case management ststem, Keoghs, which refers to itself as non-conventional law firm, had several requirements that general law firm-orientated case management systems couldn’t meet. AXA Wealth: Within its Elevate business unit, AXA Wealth has developed more than 50 interlinked workflow applications to automate back-office functions, such as changing customer addresses, recording power of attorney, amending direct debit instructions and making claims payments. During peak times, such as at the end of the tax year, the Elevate business unit processes more than a thousand tasks per day.
