Reliance Jio: Delivering Operational Excellence For India’s Top Telco
Ashish Jadhav, Vice President & Technology Leader at Reliance Jio discussed how the leading telecommunications company is using K2 to assist with the digitization of its Jio FTTx fiber construction workflow. The app saved Jio around 6 people-hours per fiber cable installation, improved productivity, and increased accuracy of vendor billing, reducing billing complaints by 60%.
Reliance Retail also uses K2 for AJIO, an online fashion shop, to automate AJIO studio operations. Today, 100% of AJIO orders are processed with K2 and turnaround time has improved by 55%.

With 4,450 users across 64 applications, we were excited to have Evonik’s Melissa Faircloth, Computer Programmer for Global IT Development, present one of our final customer sessions. Melissa presented live presentations of the company’s portals and workflows, showcasing the easy-to-use interface and simplified processes.
