K2’s U.S. Customer Days Series Kicks Off in Atlanta

K2 recently held our inaugural Customer Days event in the U.S. in Atlanta, bringing some of our top advocates and prospects in the area together to gain insights on innovative approaches to business process automation, hear from other customers and partners … and play some golf.
Our Customer Days events were created as a way to bring people and ideas together, giving our customers an opportunity to share their experience using K2’s digital process automation platform and gain insight in to how others have achieved success.
During a customer panel discussion for instance, a SharePoint consultant with Proliant, Arthur Orekyeh, provided best practices for rolling out first time implementations of K2:
"Our organization initially started replacing simple forms that would have previously been created in a spreadsheet and routed via email. Essentially, we started off with small, easy wins by replacing simple applications that required constant back and forth via emails, to gain further buy-in from our internal customers.”
In a follow–up panel discussion featuring K2 partner 5th Method and our joint customer in manufacturing, the key message of creating buy-in and partnering with other organizations was driven home. A Systems Architect with the company, said:
“If you can get the right people in front of you and show them what is possible with the product and what your team is capable of doing, then you know you’re starting to win support. This is how you’re going to create value for your customers as an IT department, so they keep coming back with new projects.”
