Adriaan van Wyk, chief executive officer
Adriaan van Wyk is the CEO co-founder of SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He assumed his current position upon inception in 1997. Adriaan has a degree in accounting and a post-graduate degree in information systems (computer science). He likes to bring together his two loves: technology and business.

When not at work, he can be found indulging in sports -- cycling, running, swimming, mountain climbing -- or listening to music, reading and, most importantly, spending time with his kids.


Rudolf Pretorius, non-executive director (Treacle Private Equity)
Rudolf Pretorius is the non executive director of SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He assumed his current position in 2001.

Rudolf represents Treacle Private Equity, which provided the initial capital for SourceCode. Qualified as a chartered accountant, he worked for a South African investment bank for 12 years prior to establishing Treacle Private Equity in 2000.

A venture capitalist with a focus on backing entrepreneurial management teams that possess the ability to develop international-standard software in South Africa’s low-cost environment, Rudolf indulges in outdoor activities, which include jogging, mountain and road biking, and mountaineering, when not at work.


Cameron Lester, non-executive director (Azure Capital Partners)
Cameron Lester is a founding general partner with Azure Capital Partners. He specializes in software and related infrastructure technologies. His current board memberships include SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc.; Limbo Mobile; PSS Systems; ROME Corporation; and Zend Technologies. Other successful investments include TopTier Software [acquired by SAP], VMware [acquired by EMC], Interwoven [IPO in 1999] and Salesforce.com [IPO in 2004].

Immediately prior to Azure, Cameron was a managing director and the group head of the Software Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse First Boston [CSFB]. Prior to that, he was a director and the group head of the Software Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Prior to which, Cameron was a vice president at PaineWebber, focused on software. Over the course of his career, Cameron has provided strategic and investment advice to numerous leading private and public software companies, which include Advent Software, Baan, BEA Systems, Brio Technology, BSQUARE, Citrix Systems, Cygnus, DigitalThink, E.piphany, HNC Software, i2 Technologies, Infinity Financial, Informatica, Interwoven, JD Edwards, Liberate Technologies, NetDynamics, NetIQ, Onyx Software, PLATINUM technology, Pure Atria, Retek, Salesforce.com, Think Systems, Vantive, VERITAS Software and Vitria Technology.

Cameron received his bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.


Eric Byunn, director
(FTVentures)
Eric joined the board at SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. as a director in December of 2006.

Eric joined FTVentures in 2002 and is currently a partner with investment responsibilities in software. Prior to joining FTVentures, Eric was director of Online Services at myCFO, a start-up wealth management firm. He joined myCFO from America Online, where he held several roles including management of Netscape's Personal Finance Channel. Prior to the acquisition of Netscape by AOL, Eric led product management for the Netscape Navigator browser. He has also worked at Microsoft and at McKinsey & Company, where he primarily worked with telecommunications clients. Eric received an AB summa cum laude from Harvard University, where he focused on economics and computer science, and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
